Christy also serves as a speaker, mentor and educator, known for her results-oriented leadership.

Christeas Inc. was launched in Akron, Ohio in 2011 through direct community outreach, including weekly meal programs for seniors and a food pantry serving underserved populations. Those early efforts revealed systemic gaps affecting older adults, veterans, justice-impacted individuals, and youth aging out of foster care shaping the organization’s long-term focus on pathways toward independence.
